2. Fill out the Required Forms (forms below have fillable fields).

For the Emerging Renewables Program, the Reservation Request Form (CEC - 1038 R1) must always be signed by the purchaser. The seller (retailer or wholesaler) must sign when designated as payee.




3. Attach the same necessary documents for either the Emerging Renewables Program.

1. A copy of the signed purchase agreement(s) for equipment and labor contract(s)


2. All pages of a recent monthly electric utility statement showing purchaser name, service address, and energy usage


3. Completed Payee Data Record (STD-204) for the recipient of the rebate





4. MAIL or FAX the completed application form with attachments to the Emerging Renewables Program:
